We had an absolutely perfect night for the Wolf Moon. I found myself wishing it had been that bright at night when our power was out...til it dawned on me that during that time, all we had were clouds, clouds, clouds. So I'm grateful to have gotten to enjoy it on a clear, pretty night.

Yeah, that so-called road IS a mess. Have to laugh, Irene, about the 4 wheel drive thing. Lots of people have them here, and they're always so shiny-clean....I know for sure they don't live were we do!

We got a front loader over here with a big bucket/scraper thing, and he made kind of a round-about path for us to get through. We used to drive in a straight line, and now it kind of wanders from one side to the other....and way off the old road's path.


I'm with you, Diana, keeping my phone, I think, until it dies. I have too many other things I need to pay for, especially when my phone still works just fine.

I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure it was a post on the wedding cruise thread. Since I didn't realize it myself it wasn't anything profound. Which is ok I've had enough of those.

Speaking of the wedding cruise - I paid it off today! Now I'm ready for spa and Palo booking in March.

What IS our booking date? Castaway Club member, not concierge. But then, I'm not doing any spa...probably just the Seahorse Snorkel on the 2nd CC day, so I guess I don't have to worry too much.

Yep...I looked....I'm Gold. Platinum after this next cruise. So booking at the 105 day mark. March 28th, I think. That's good, I'll be back from Nebraska by then, with my own computer and printer. Not Mom's dial up.

I just checked Kristin's wedding website for some updated info about clothing, schedule, etc......nothing has been updated since July, 2009.

Either they have not made any decisions or someone is just not updating the website they tell us to visit for more information

Just popping in to say HI. It's been a while.

Sounds like everyone is getting a little more excited about the wedding cruise this summer. Hope you all have a blast. At least we're headed back to WDW. Kids get out of school really early this year so we'll be heading down the week before Mem. weekend then will hang with my sister & family for Mem. weekend. The deals on room rates were so amazing that another family we know decided to go that week as well. Thanks to Diana, we'll be staying at OKW on her points.

Kiki, are you headed down to Miami yet? Wish it were me instead of you. It's killing me not to be "home" & getting to take in all of the excitement. I think Miami will be packed with crazy cajuns just going to tailgate! We have some friends that are going down just to party. New Orleans is on one big high right now. Super Bowl is this coming weekend then the start of the big Mardi Gras weekend the following weekend. It's so insane that parades are being rescheduled to not coincide with the game. We are headed down to New Orleans for Mardi Gras weekend & taking our dear friends with us. They have never been & we are looking forward to showing them a good time.

No, I'm not going this year... which is fine with me. It's fun, but its a lot of headache, too. Miami traffic is ridiculous on a good day... add the SuperBowl and the fact that they put us up by the airport, but our events are on South Beach, and you end up spending an ungodly number of hours in traffic. Plus, with the Budweiser Shootout being the night before, they didn't pull anyone from this immediate area because we've got enough going on here...
