No we didn't eat them but we could have because if you look closely you will see that the server they had in Palo (I just came in for the picture) gave us wax paper to put between the pancakes and our heads.

Ahhh....I see that now. Too funny. I love how the servers like to have fun with everyone. I think that's one of the biggest differences with the other cruise lines. Their servers aren't very much fun at all.

We will let Sam report on other cruise lines. He is on the CELEBRATION. It was docked in Ft. L next to the Oasis. Sam sad the Oasis is huge, the Celebration is not Disney and his cabin is smaller than the Nekton. Well at least he can have that sandwich ---- did I mention there are cars below deck?

The perks of working for a Company with vacation days.....Stacey, we will see about the servers!!!! He did pack a jacket for the "upscale resturant". Mary, if he comes back with a picture of a pancake on his head, I will fall over in hysterics.....

Hey Virgil.....hand over the credit cards. I told Frances that the annual Hidden in the Hills art studio tour and sale is next weekend. Lots of cool stuff, and LOTS of places to go look at.


Not much going on here. Physical therapy today....but I should be doing laundry and doing my shopping for Thanksgiving. I wish they hadn't made my therapy appointment right in the middle of the day. Makes it hard to get anything else done.

Therapy today was longer than usual....more weights and strengthening and we worked with the exercise band I have at home, so that I know the things I can and can't do with it.
I did go to the store afterall. $306 later, I have enough to last through Thanksgiving....I hope!
Even made a trek through Home Depot. Got some new icicle lights that are supposed to be pretty cool. Haven't gotten them out of the box yet to see. They have quite a few new things to pick from....color changing lights, solar powered.....I love Home Depot!

Came home to a really cranky mouthy son. I should have popped him in the chops, but I think I'll let his Dad deal with him. Anyone want to buy a kid?
I wonder if I can sell HIM on eBay?

Matt sent a picture of his Honor Guard uniform he wore last night for a flag ceremony. It's moments like this that will make you forget about those teenage years. A lot of liquor helps too.

My toy soldier. He is in Minnesota doing his first funeral tomorrow as Honor Guard.

The funny part is that he is excited because he gets extra pay and comp time for having to travel on Friday and work on Saturday.

It will be interesting to hear his story about the funeral and his experience. It appears to be for an active duty who committed suicide. Matthew should learn a lot from this four month assignment.
