We're just back and will do a review of all the places we ate,but wanted to get this up for anyone interested in going to Il Mulino. It was fantastic! GO!! I can't say anything negative about this place. We had the Ceasar salad(UNBELIEVEABLY GOOD!)the best I ever had. Not the regular Ceasar dressing, this salad was rich with cheese and flavor. We also had a complimentary appitizer of roasted eggplant and dried sausage---VERY GOOD!! Bread basket of assorted toasted garlic/cheese/herb and regular crusty Italian bread. we ordered the Salmon which was served over saute'd greens(awesome!!) and Shrimp Franchese(spelling?). Now, I live on the East Coast(about 2 miles from the ocean)so I'm alway leary about ordering seafood away from home. Let me tell ya,this (jumbo) shrimp was wicked good! 4 jumbo shrimp very lightly battered and served with saute'd spinach.OMG!!!! Delish!
We were celebrating a birthday(mine!!)and were surprised with 2 pieces of a flourless chocolate cake and Gelate (spelling?) with fresh fruit. You gotta be kiddin'!!!! AWESOME!!!!!
I will be going back to this restaurant for sure!!!!!!
