I blame this on two things first jack burgin refusing to get a magic band and Tom bell not buying as many Mickey bars. and them making a movie about b list characters when they should of made saving the acorn a movie about the a list characters chip and dale .

I think he'll survive with the "pay" cut. The fact is he's doing a pretty good job -at least in the eyes of investors. Up 49% for 2013. I bought some stock for my kids(which they have no idea about) maybe 10 years ago -it paid off big time this year.
