If you've gone in October, were you able to swim?

We are staying 1 night at Beach Club and really want to exp Stormalong Bay especially - we're going mid-October. I checked the average temp and it's high 80's. If you've been in October, were you able to swim? I know the water is heated year-round as well.

I've swam in February - October should be warmed than that!!! If the temperature average is 80's, what reason would you have to not swim???

I mostly go in October. Yes, pool, waterparks, hottubs, perfect weather for swimming!!!

We've gone twice in late oct. early nov. and have never had any problems with swimming.We stayed at the BC and you'll love SAB.Always had great weather this time of year with temps in the mid 80's. Have fun!!

I've swam in early and late Nov. So, yes, unless an unusual really cold front moves through you should be fine.

Heck I've swam on Thanksgiving... IMO October is great weather for a relaxing dip after a long day at the parks! Enjoy!!

Most of the pools are heated too (or at least they were at CBR)...we could have swam in January, but didn't.

absolutely! We've gone every October since 1998, and swim every year. Enjoy!

Up until the end of October (and, most of the time, even then), it's still very hot and humid. The pools and water parks were very crowded during our late Oct. / early Nov. trip last year.
