If you've done DL and/or Hojo in May....

We are in the very early (obviously) planning stages for our next trip to see Mickey, and we've tentatively landed on May of 2012. We've never been in May and I was wondering if anyone knew....

Are there typically any admission deals that go on in May? We got in on the "everyone pays the kids' price" deal this time around, but it ends April 30th (our dates would most likely be the first Wed/Thur/Fri of May, or possibly the second) Does anyone know if they usually pick up with another promotion when one ends?

As for Hojo, were there many Entertainment card dates posted for May this year? Since they already closed them it is hard to tell.

I know this is awfully early to worry about this stuff and SO much can change in three years, but my mind was SO filled with planning before this last trip that it really wants (no, needs) to start to thinking about the next one. It maybe a sickness. But it is a sickness that I am quite fond of......

Last month there were dates still available for May. Come 2011/12, as soon as you see May dates posted go ahead and make your reservation. I think (not positive so you can check when making your ressie) the cancel/change period is 24 hours prior to check in if your worried about booking so far in advance.

TY all for your responses. We loved our stay at Hojos and are pretty set on staying there again. I will most likely do as did the last time - make my reservations well in advance and hope that the entertainment dates coincide. We had pretty good luck the last time (2 of our three dates) so I'll gamble it. Now, if only 2012 would just get here a little faster....

Hi there, we are leaving for dl in 39 sleeps ...we are spending 10 nights at the hojo and got the ent. rate for 9 of them ( we are there from may 2nd-12th)....we went in may of 06 and the weather was great and crowds were low, so we are hoping for this again...
