Is the Bistro upstairs worth 2 TS credits compared to Chefs de France downstairs, which is only 1 TS credit? I think they have different chefs, and I read that the atmosphere is quieter upstairs, but is it really twice as nice?

I would definitely say yes. Bistro de Paris is a small, intimate, romantic restaurant with amazing food. Chefs de France is more like a brasserie; busy, lively, not somewhere you're as likely to spend a few hours enjoying the food and atmosphere (mind you, the food is still very good in our opinion). :)

I've been to both and I also prefer Bistro de Paris for the same reasons as Charlotte. While Chefs de France's food was good, I would prefer Bistro de Paris' over it. I also preferred the atmosphere at Bistro as well.

I agree with the other 2 posts. I prefer Bistro, but I like both. I love the more intimate and quiet atmosphere of Bistro. The food was really good too. But with that said, I don't you can go wrong at either place.

No opinions on food, but from the TS comment it sounds like you're on the dining plan, and I just wanted to make sure you know that Bistro de Paris is NOT part of the dining plan at all (at least not on the last brochure I downloaded). Hope this helps ;-)

Thanks for that information! Yes, I'm on the dining plan, and I thought Bistro was 2 TS. Guess I'd better double check the list before I start making plans!

I just opened up my sisters brochure from her January trip & Bistro is not included in the plan as a signature restaurant.
