Stefy, the DREAM IS a DREAM!!

Wonderful ship, even if we head into hurricane Irene soon! So keep your fingers crossed for us, so the captain will head into quieter waters!

So far everything has worked out perfectly! We have class A tablemates, newlyweds and a nice couple with a very quiet 8 year old.
We shared lots of laughs yesterday, when our waiter played magic tricks on the bride and she had a hard time catching the trick!
And Stefy, HER name is Stephanie too!!!!!!!!!

There is a family onboard that will be on Extreme Makeover and we watched part of the taping of them meeting the princesses today!

So it has been a thrilling day today, with a visit to the Tortuga rum (cake) factory!

Stefy, Bacardi has moved. It’s real close to the Straw Market, right opposite the harbour. Do the enchanted art!!!!!!!!!! It’s SOOOOOOOO much fun! And be a detective! We are having a blast solving all the crimes!

If anyone wants to see the DREAM sail out (with us on board) again tomorrow, you will need to be prepared to watch earlier. Because of Hurricane Irene we will be sailing out around 3pm!!!!!!

Okay, Castaway Cay was wonderful. Because of the storm, no outside vendors came, so they cancelled most of the excursion, but the day was picture perfect!
Ellen, thanks again for the sunscreen – it came in super handy!!!!!!!

Glad to hear that you had good tablemates! You may not get to go to some stops as they will try to sail around the hurricane if it is in your path. On our last cruise there was a storm out at sea, but it sure made our ship rock. I felt rather ill, but was better after a lie down.

I'm glad all is well so far. Have they mentioned anything about alternative routes or ports? I think it's supposed to hit the Bahamas tomorrow. And this may sound morbid, but if you do make it to CC after Irene, can you take pictures. I am curious to how it will look. I'm sure Disney will get right on it and clean it up, but I have that curiosity.

On a side note, we were trying to figure out who that guy from Rocky Horror Picture was, and you kept saying Tim Carey, but it didn't sound quite right...it was Tim Curry. But coincidently while at the AEP program, one of hte guys from Disney Destinations there was name Tim Carey.
