Can you accompany they to the ride even if you don't have a fast pass?

No. If he is under 7 and wants to ride, someone 14 or over will need to be with him. If he's using FP, that person will need one too.

I never booked any FPs singly, but I'm surprised you could even get a FP for a child age 4 without another adult also getting one. I thought people reported that MDE wouldn't let them selećt experiences for only the child because it knows they have to be accompanied.
