If your 180 are today.. Call.. don't go online..

Today was my 180 day mark.. I began at 6:30 this morning online for my reservations.. I got my first night at Ohana.. When I went to book anything else it would not let me..
So, I called reservations.. While waiting for a CM the automated lady was talking to me and when I told her my dates she said I couldn't book until tomorrow.. I waited for a CM, and good thing I did because she said tht was incorrect. She had a bit of a problem at the beginning.. Because she said they are enhancing their systems and adding all kinds of buttons that not all CM's know about.. She was able to get through and book all my dining..
So, if you are having problems it is totally worth it to call!

I had the same experience! Does your vacation start on April 14 or 15? I thought when I made my reservations, the confirmation said I could book dining on Oct. 17. So I went online yesterday afternoon (crazy morning and couldn't do it, so I was already freaking out about it ).

I booked Ohana for 4/14 online with no problem (so maybe I'll see you there!) But everything else was giving me error messages. I tried to call, and was on hold for 10+ minutes before I gave up because I had to take my DD to volleyball. So I thought maybe I had the date wrong and couldn't book until today.

Nope, same errors this morning! And sooo frustrating that I had to enter my info/login/confirmation number multiple times to TRY to select one reservation. I gave up, called a SUPER nice CM, and had all of my ressies booked within 15 minutes (and that included taking the survey after)

We'll be celebrating my DH's 40th birthday. This is the first time we've ever been for a "celebration" and I"m so excited! I think I'm going to order a cake for Ohana. I was drooling over the cake chatter thread earlier this morning.

April 21st chef Mickey's 9:55am I also booked a dinner but I am cancelling that one.. Hubby has been gone on a business trip and I know he loves to go for breakfast but I was hoping to try something different.. lOL

Trust me when I tell you that you will have no room left for cake after all the food they give you at 'Ohana. We were celebrating our anniversary there this past weekend and they brought out cupcakes along with the usual bread pudding dessert and we couldn't even dream of eating the cupcakes, so they boxed them up and we took them back to our hotel.

Trust me when I tell you that you will have no room left for cake after all the food they give you at 'Ohana. We were celebrating our anniversary there this past weekend and they brought out cupcakes along with the usual bread pudding dessert and we couldn't even dream of eating the cupcakes, so they boxed them up and we took them back to our hotel.

It is a hard decision. I really want to do something special for his birthday. DH does not like bread pudding in general (although I have told him all reviews indicate this is the BEST bread pudding ever) So I thought he might appreciate another option. Then again, DH is a big meat-eater, so he probably won't care about dessert at all after stuffing himself with main course.

Oh wow, our trip starts April 14, & I had no problems booking... was online at 6 on the 17th & got all of my first choices... so sorry you all had trouble, i was incredibly surprised that I didn't!!!

you are lucky! I got up at 6 am this morning to book and could not book one thing. The system kept booting me off right when it was time to give me a confirmation number. So very frustrating. The good news is I called at 7 am and got every single reservation we wanted with the times we wanted.

So you're saying the system just doesn't like me?

I'm glad you got your first choices! I tried to go online again to add one ADR and change another, and the same thing happened -- Error at the end when I should have gotten a confirmation error. DH said it may be a problem because I was using Firefox instead of IE browser. I'm just happy my calls went through so quickly, and I got everything I wanted.

lol, im just a likable person... haha. im actually using firefox too. maybe i just got on before traffic made the site mess up or something? who knows... glad you got what you wanted though-- its so exciting when you do! I've been planning for months, lol!
