Just an off note for your consideration, when I heard from CM on chat that the resort I was booked at, ASMusic, was not going to be open by Nov, I moved myself from ASM preferred to Pop standard. The difference was only $100 for the whole stay, so you might want to move yourself rather than wait for Disney to do it. Just a thought.

We were booked at POR in a Royal Room and moved to OKW.

Just call or have your TA call if you booked with one. The move should at least be lateral as far as amenities and be price protected. We were in Dec in a suite at All Star Music and were moved to a Lion King suite at Art of Animation. No up charge. It would have been a $600 up charge had we moved ourselves.
