BF and I are thinking of going Feb. of '05 for a 7 nights stay. But the Jamaica trip we planned on in early Oct. '04 just got moved to early Dec. '04, so WDW will need to be pushed back. But that gets us into March and April, prime time for spring break  !!

Soooo....of the 8 weeks of the two months we'd like to go, which one would YOU pick? The 1st week of March, the 2nd week of April? I've been at the height of summer, so crowds don't bother me, but I don't want to wait 2 hours for POTC if I can avoid it either!!!

Or should we just shoot for May? I've been in may and I loved the empty parks, but it was hot and humid already.

Oh, what to do?

For sure don't choose the week before Easter or the week after Easter. In 2005, Easter is March 27.

My advice would be to go the latter part of April. Most college spring breaks are in March.

Best wishes -

Just my opinion-

I think May would be a good time to avoid: spring breaks, easter breaks, school outings, etc. Since it's so close to the end of school, it would probably be the least crowded and the weather's not that bad.

was just there April 25-29th
crowds not bad-

TOT 40 min wait
Splash Mtn 20 min wait
Mission Space 25 min wait
Test Track 30 min wait

walked on to POTC
great weather as only rained 1 hr last Tuesday-
Got $94.00 rate at POFQ
Just keep in mind Grad Nights start around this time which closes the MK at 7:00 p.m. some Friday & Sat nights.
No big deal for us - just go to Epcot or MGM that day.

Glad we didn't go a week earlier as the parks were much busier.

Having checked out a number of spring break threads, the breaks are all over the place. I gotta think early March might be the best time(if you can't wait till May). There have spring breaks even during the last week of April.

I agree with CarolMN, but Oct. is also a VERY GOOD time to go. Great weather, short lines, its very beatiful. And Epcot is having its Wine and Flower Fest. Hope this helps::MickeyMo
