If that means I’m suddenly Queen of the South, for my coronation banquet, I’d have regional favorites served to represent the different areas of the South - but the dishes would be updated & contemporary, sourced w/ fresh local ingredients, very farm-to-table, & in small tasting portions.

4th Course - Low Country Boil w/ Hoppin’ John
5th Course - Fried Catfish & Fried Gulf Shrimp w/ Cheese Grits, Slaw, & Hushpuppies
6th Course - Pulled Pork BBQ w/ Fried Okra, Potato Salad, & Green Beans (meat & 3)
7th Course - Succotash, Squash Casserole, & Butter Beans w/ Cornbread Dressing (vegetable course)
8th Course - Fried Chicken over Hoecakes w/ Collard Greens & Macaroni & Cheese
9th Course - Peach Cobbler & Blackberry Cobbler w/ Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
10th Course - Sweet Potato Pie, Chocolate Pecan Pie Tarts, & Hummingbird Cake
