If you were at DLR Monday or Tuesday can you report how busy it was?

My annual passes are no longer blacked out and I wanted to take the kids to DLR before school starts. I Usually go the Monday of next week (25th) but I'm thinking of going this week instead. I've never been during this week and I'm not sure what to expect. Just trying to decide if I should wait until next week or not.

Thanks,
Tracey

I was there this past Tues. and it was packed. I'm guessing a lot of ppl have the same idea as you. I've heard Mons. are packed too. I was just suprised that Tues. was very busy.

We were there all weekend and today as well. Today was packed. We all thought it was more crowded then even Saturday. I think the heat made it worse. I think it was more the humidity. The 25th will probably be less because it will be after school is in.

Thanks for your response. Today may have been extra crowded because it's the first day that pass holders can use their passes since June. I was surprised you had said it was so hot because that was one of the reasons I wanted to go this week since it's supposed to be cooler.

Thanks again
Tracey

We just got back today and were in the parks Thursday evening, Friday, and Sunday. It was crowded - but what I expected for mid-August. It was hot and more humid that I like also. But of course not nearly as humid as the East Coast - just more humid than Northern California! ;)

The Park was crowded today. As stated ^ there, blackouts are gone as of today Add to that, everyone is trying to get in that last trip before either they (college / HS students) or their kids (little ones) go back to school.

Go, know that it will be busy, and just enjoy what you can. :goodvibes

Oh, and it's hot hot hot right now!

We went on Sunday since we were no longer blacked out. It was crowded, but not until the late morning. Just get there early (before opening) and utilize the FastPass effectively and you will have a great time.
