If you were a DL CM, and had to work as a ride operator, what ride would you choose and why??

While I myslef would love to work on the HM:scared1: , I dont think I could pull off that serious look all day!!

I am thinking I would work at Splash Mountain. That way even if it was a hot day, I could stay somewhat cool. And when my shift was over, I would take the looooong way out!!

P.S. If my DH worked as a ride operator, I would want him to be on the Davy Crocketts Canoes, although I am terrified of that ride, you would sure have some tan sexy arms!!!

I dunno, I've heard that some women (and I'm sure some men) can go a bit crazy for those canoe guys!

Speaking of the canoes, I've NEVER been on them! It's the bummer of going during off-season times and weekdays. That said, I would want to be a canoe "guy"! Talk about a way to keep in shape!!!

I think I'd like to do something in Fantasyland, like Storybook Canal or something like that. It is always so pretty. I'd just really like to be in a part of the park where most of the younger visitors are, to see their expressions when they first experience the park.

When I was growing up, I wanted to operate a Storybook Canal boat. I had the entire spiel memorized(and the costumes were cute) - (and over there is Neverland, do you know why it's Neverland? Because we never, never take you there). I also wanted to be a Jungle Cruise captain before they let girls do it. I had that spiel memorized too (and now I present, the backside of water). I wouldn't have minded working at the Matterhorn either, I loved listening to the music.

When I was in college, I was actually hired by DL to be a Tomorrowland attraction CM. Unfortunately, I ended up not working for them that summer, but it would have been a blast.

I would love to work Haunted Mansion or Pirates of the Caribbean. Talking like a pirate all day sounds like SO much fun! So does trying to deadpan while telling people to pull there cadavers away from the wall and towards the dead center of the room. :D

HM or POTC for suuuuure. but i agree that i wouldnt be able to keep that serious/scary face on HM. i would end up cracking up in the middle of my sentence:rotfl:

so these 'canoe guys' arent there during offseason??? i gotta see them! :lmao:

I'll admit, I've checked out those canoe guys before. If nothing else, they all have attractive arms!

They do have nice arms dont they!!
I wonder if I could set myself up on a date with one of those canoe guys....

Last October, I almost got myself a little date with Jack Sparrow!! Guess it helps that I am cute:cutie:

I'd LOVE to be in the HM.

"Please drag your wretched bodies to the DEAD center of the room..."

No Disneyland trip is complete without hearing those words at least once! :goodvibes

Ohh Ohh... I just figured out what i wanna do... Mark VII Monorail Pilot!!! :thumbsup2 It's one of the few, if not the only, job that you get to ride the ride while not having to interact with the guests!!!
