If You Were A Pair Of Glasses

Where would you hide?

I'm supposed to wear glasses when I read or work on the computer. Of course, I don't. Or I don't do it enough. I usually carry them in my bag and take them out mid-day at work. Sometimes I end up leaving them on my desk at work. Now they have vanished. They are not if my office at work. They are not in my bag. They are not on the floor in my dining room (where I tend to throw down my bag after work). They are not in my car (where they could have slipped out of my bag and on to the floor). Any other suggestions?

Could other things have been put on top of them and then they were picked up with the other things? I once found my prescription sunglasses in with the newspapers to be recycled. I must have put them on the dining room table, then newspapers were put on top of them and the whole pile was put in the recycling bin. Hope you find your glasses soon!

Wasn't on the phone. Checked my garbage bin. (of course if I lost them on Thursday and night Friday, which I'm not sure of, then I'm toast because the garbage goes out on Thursday night at the office and that's that.)

This is the 2nd time I've done this with a new pair of glasses. Last time they disappeared for months before suddenly reappearing in the car (must have gotten stuck in between the seat and then when I got it professionally cleaned they found it. And yes, I tried that this time around, but no luck).

I don't know where your glasses would be. I used to lose mine though. And the last time was a doozy. I took them off after reading in bed(i thought) and woke up the ext day thinking they were on the table beside m. Nuh uh. Looked high and low,cleaned like mad, and never did find them, not even when i moved out of the house last month. I figure i must have thrown them out in my sleep. Don't know how that happen since as far as i know, and as far as my family knows, i DON'T sleepwalk. I thought you'd like to know you're not the only 1 wo loses glasses LOL.

Thanks for all the helpful suggestions. I STILL can't figure out where they might have gotten too. I usually leave them lying out on my desk and I keep looking over there for them (as if they'd magically appear!).

We are having the same problem with our TV remote. The last sighting of it was around noon on Monday. I am thinking DS may have put it................????? Good luck, I lose my glasses all the time because I fall asleep with them on and they fall behind the bed.
