If you were a CM in a park what would you want to do?

I would love to be a conductor on the steam locomotives......

I would want to be in Guest Relations and escort families around the park. I could tell them lots of the trivia I have learned here and in my visits.

I would love to work at one of the first aid stations. Do they need RNs for that? My house is already the unofficial first aid station of the neighborhood. If somebody falls off their bike, the kids come running to get me and my first aid kit! It's not a glamorous job, but somebody's gotta do it!

Hey thanks for the compliment, disneyaggie! I'll even forgive you for being an aggie fan!!! hee hee hee! The picture was taken in Chef Mickey's in the part that's away from the main dining room. It looked like it was in the middle of some construction at the time, so it may be different now.

I love what I do...although there are other things I'd maybe like to try, I really can't imagine trading it for any other role

I would want to help take care of all the beautiful flowers and foliage, work anywhere on Main Street, and I think it would be cool to work close to the animals in AK.

I used to think it would be so cool to be in the "command room" at SM. They looked like they were always having fun!

I have wanted to work at Disney in some form for a while...then I settled at the Disney Store.

I would want to work at the Haunted Mansion or The Great Movie Ride. Maybe sell light chasers because I already know how to sell them at the store and I love watching the kids try them out for themselves. Or a little dream of mine to be Alice (people say I look like Alice, because of my hair and that "look" of innocence) or Princess Aurora.

That is my dream job. I'd settle for being a vacation planner or a WDW wedding planner, too!

I only have 1 more year at the college I'm going to in PA and then I'm moving to St. Augustine, FL to finish out 2 years then plan to work at WDW for the rest of my life. I can only imagine how wonderful it would be to go to work every day at WDW, especially escorting families around the park and talking with them... I'd love it.

I'd love to be the CM who chooses the kids to open the MK gates in the morning or choose the family to be in the parades. How much fun would it be to make people THAT happy every day.

I think it would be fun to operate one of the rides in Fantasyland, my favorite Land. Maybe even IASW. I think I could handle that song non-stop...maybe? Or it'd be fun to work in the Emporium because I love to shop at Disney and I could see all the new merchandise.

I could NEVER work the TOT or the HM - I'm one of those people who can't keep a straight face - I would just crack up laughing. To me, the perfect job would be working at Whispering Canyon or Prime Time cafe. One of those jobs where you can goof around with people while working

I want to be the one at the Haunted Mansion that opens the door and says "We need more bodies!!!!"

OR

I want to work at the Fort Wilderness Ranch as a trail guide. I have horses of my own so this would be perfect for me. I'm fine cleaning out stalls, washing the horses, taking care of them. Whatever I have to do. I could mess with horses all day and be happy. Wish I weren't at work right now, I'd be with mine. Just think, I could combine my two favorite things: Disney and horses.

I would like to work behind the scene with the electronics and wireless system in the park that controls the Pal Mickey's and the RFid system that controls the floats.

My son just wants to be the guy driving that fast speed boat that keeps the watermice in line

It's true. Being a character is very rewarding. Especially when you see the looks on the kid's faces when they first see you. I worked in Tomorrowland at all of the attractions and while that was a blast, there is nothing quite like what I get to do now. I don't think I would trade it for the world. I hope that all of you who wish to come down and work at Disney at some time in your lives are able to do so. While it can be a JOB at times, there is nothing else like it. Sending you all pixie dust from right behind the Magic Kingdom!!

My dream job would to be plan weddings. Next in line would be waiting tables someplace real fun or bartending. I'm more of a service type person then a greeter type person.
