If you use a plus, does it count as a day?

I was going to have a *free* day , and now have decided to do a Water Park that day...I know this has been asked a MILLION times, but when I don't need an answer I forget what was said (DUH!!!) . Does it automatically count as a day used on my park tickets if I visit a water park and not one of the 4 theme parks? I am there 7 days but only have a 6 day plus hopper...I will upgrade at check-in depending on the answer. Anyone know FOR SURE?

"Days" are only used at the 4 theme-parks.

"Extras" are not counted against your days.
You can use them on the SAME day as a visit to a theme-park (no "hopper" needed) or on a day you do not visit a theme-park.

Thanks I'd hate to get to the park on Sunday (last day) and them say I used all my park days (I have no ADR's in any parks my *day off* either so it works out good).
