If you upgraded to Deluxe for 1st time with 6 yr old, which resort and why?

My "first" experience at a WDW resort was in 1971 at the POLY. Shortly after WDW opened.

What a magical experience.

To this day, the POLY remains my favorite WDW Resort!

I think I'll stick with POFQ for this trip.... (it's 12 nights total between the resort stay, cruise and 1 night back to the resort...) and go with AKL or POLY on the 3 night land/4 night sea combo for Easter 2007. I think that is the best way for us to experience a Deluxe and be able to cruise as well!! I can do this combo for about a little less than double what 4 nights alone at the AKL or POLY costs on it's own! YIKES!!!
