I believe the only thing allowed at DTD is the early entry hour. No free parking.
I just stayed here in November. Hotel is very nice and rooms are neat and clean and recently refurbished probably in the past year or two. You'll have a very expensive minibar in your room just in case you absolutely need bottled water/coke or candy (ranges $2.50 and up). I had room #767 and really like the room. Had a nice size safe in the closet, plenty of towels in the shower, iron/ironing bd, coffee maker. However, there was one drawback, the 7th floor wing I was in had one problem. The doors were cut 1/2 inch short of the floor allowing neighbor noise to flow into the room. I used the bathmat to block out some of the noise, but there were young children in the room across the hallway so all the noise wasn't all blocked out. Now I haven't walked through any other part of the hotel (other than 1st floor) other than the wing on my floor so the doors may be perfectly normal on the other floors. That is the only somewhat bad comment I could make.
Pools are nice and my room did overlook DTD and I could see the fireworks from Illuminations at night from my window. Your also a short walk away from the DTD bus to the parks just in case you don't want to use the hotel transportation.
