For instance, if we stay at the POP resort, can we visit other resorts to use pools, restaurants, etc?

you can absolutely go to other resorts to use the restaurants, but as far as the pools are concerned, i'm not sure. i know i have seen posts where people say that they pool hop, and others tell them that isn't allowed. i don't think it is, but i'm sure someone will come along and correct me!! i'll just leave it to the experts . . . :)

You can use resturants and things like rental boats. Pools are only for the guests of the hotels staying there with limited exceptions. For example at Port Orleans you can use the pools at both the French Quarter side and Riverside side if you are staying at PO. I think the same thing is true at All Stars.

You can use the restaurants, child care clubs, lounges and marinas at any resort, but the pools and beaches are strictly for guests of that resort. You could imagine how crowded it would be, for example, at Stormalong Bay at the Beach Club, if anyone staying at any resort was allowed to use it!
