we did our programs the last week, and finished assembling the night before the wedding!?! LOL But the reason it took so long was b/c I HAD to have the hole punches at the top be mickeys! ridiculous...I bet no one even noticed...

I think we did about 130 or so (the programs were 5 pages long)...try punching mickeys out of 120lb cardstock! I must be insane. Thanks to one of my bridesmaids (who is a stay at home mom), it got done!

I feel ya! Good luck, I will try to send some anti-procrastination vibes your way...um, well don't know how valuable that will be since I'm the queen of procrastination!

Our's our heavy cardstock, too. They're four pages long, but their teired. Why I took this on knowing it was only going to be me, I don't know. Atleast DFi pitched in with the cutting last night.

Have to cut the pages with the jaggedy scissors
get the teirs right
color all the edges with a watercolor pencil
run over it with a sponge to get it to look like paint (age age it)
hole punch them
tie them with a ribbon
stamp them
emboss the stamp
glue the stamp
and stick them under a heavy book to dry....

Whew... Only 13 more!!! I seriously resent not finding someone to make them!

That totally sounds like something I would dream up, because it's cool, right? You want it to be just right! At least you only have 13 more to go, that's not so bad! Are they mickey themed? I almost made them shaped like mickey, but thought that was just a little over the top. LOL Had to settle for the mini mickey punch...

Nope, they're not Mickey themed. Not much of our wedding is really Disney themed. We wanted a wedding at Disney and not a Disney wedding. It's black tie, too, so that dictates a certain level....

We ran out of ribbon! So, they're almost done... I just need to tie about 20 of them!

argh! well at least you are able to go get them, and tying 20 is really not so bad! LOL I think we printed 150 copies, but ran out of ribbon too so we only did 130. LOL

They're essentially done. Just need to add the ribbons, which he is coming home with from work today. I DO need to get the gift basket stuff printed out.

I think you're in good shape! I halfway thought of doing menu cards but quickly dismissed that! Good thing Disney had them up at the buffet line...
