If you saw a ghost in your hotel room, what would you do immediately after? Yell? Try to attack it? Complain to the front desk? See a doctor? Go to the bar for a drink? Just ignore them? I've seen a ghost twice. Both times I was frightened, although looking back now I can see that one was probably a place memory, and the second one was maybe just curious about me-that last happened right here in this house in our finished basement. I was sleeping on the sofa down there when it happened. I won't stay down there after dark; I have a healthy respect for boundaries and so I leave it alone down there at night now.

Anyway, if I saw one in a hotel room, I would pack my stuff at record breaking speed and take myself to another hotel.

If I thought I saw a ghost in a hotel room then I would leave right away and find a different hotel room. But I don't really believe in ghosts in the traditional sense. I am open to the possibility of a spirit presence. It just wouldn't be any kind of a visible body but more of a feeling that something was there.
