If you received upgraded Magic Bands already and you get cancelled, is Disney refunding the price?

Is Disney refunding the purchase price of upgraded Magic Bands? We already received ours. If our trip gets cancelled, which seems all but certain, we won't be able to rebook this year. I'm going to have mixed feelings about my limited release "2020" Magic Band.

Ours wasn’t refunded, but we did get our magic bands.....we just have no trip to use them. But, we can activate them for next year, if we don’t want to choose new ones.

They haven't been processing magicband orders since March. Recently ppl. have been able to order them, however it seems to just be a glitch and I don't believe any are actually being processed/shipped.
