I may be taking an impromptu trip to WDW next week... as in leaving on Friday.

I'm insane!

My buddy and her family have a condo in Orlando for a week.

It would be me and the kids... DD is still free...

I can pull it off, but the budget will be exceptionally tight...

The biggest concern is the stroller. My usual park stroller won't fit in my car.

That, and we have to see if my invitation is still on the table from her mom.

I told her early April that I couldn't go but I had such a carppy weekend that I need to get away.

DH said I could go, but I had to take the kids.

I'm jealous... On top of being jealous she is goingt o be there over Star Wars weekends the same weekend that was going to cost me a fortune to go Not Fair! I'm very happy for you thought I'm sure you will have a blast, you better get a me a fun Star Wars something since I can't be there... Maybe a picture of you with R2D2?

We aren't going into the parks on Saturday and we won't have hoppers.

If everything stays on track, our schedule would be:

Sunday - EP (6.5)
Monday - DHS (5.9)
Tuesday - AK (6.7)
Wednesday - MK (4.9)
Thursday - EP (2.3) or MK (4.2)
Friday - MK (4.4) or EP (2.0)

All I care about right now is seeing Phineas & Ferb, Rapunzel & Flynn (Eugene), Tiana & Naveen, and Beast.

I will also FINALLY take my kids out to Rafiki's Planet Watch and find the dang dragon waterfall thing at AK.

And ride IASW.

Is that too much to ask?

I will also ATTEMPT to hunt down Darth Vader, but I'm not holding my breath.

Okay all, I will be multi-tasking in the coming months.

I wanted to report back with the results from the knee specialist yesterday.

Evidently MY regular doctor didn't inform me of ALL of the MRI results from October. They told me the only thing the MRI revealed was a knee contusion. I got to read the full report yesterday while waiting for the specialist. The radiologist reported that the MRI revealed early stages of arthritis, a small Baker's cyst, tiny bone spurs, and deterioration of my meniscus (from over use and my surgeries)... What they also told me was the Baker's cyst is an indication that my knee isn't going to hold up for the remainder of my natural life. I will need a knee replacement in the future.

SUCKS!!!!!

They shot me full of cortisone and for the first time in months, I have a knee again. My right matches my left like it should. They told me to work on hamstring and quadricep stretches and also work on strengthening doing wall squats and leg lifts (non-weight). They also recommended walking as much as possible and also bike. So at least I can still participate in Relay for Life on the 18th and I will head up to the gym for the stationary bike as well. I may consider a water aerobics class for cardio since zumba will definitely be out.

I will also be starting a full TR from my trip last week. What do you think of these names?

"I'm really glad Mr. Incredible loaned me his muscles... pushing 75-110 lbs in the stroller is GREAT exercise!"

Sorry about your knee...but on the flip side I know lots of people whose lives have been changed for the better with knee replacement! They always tell me they should have done it sooner!

Can't wait to here about last week's trip! I am so curious now with those teaser titles! Must have some great stories to share!

Stink on the knee! So the exercise recommendations... will that delay the need for surgery for a long long time? Or just buy you some time?
