If you ordered the free Frozen DVD through topcashback - finally got my rebate!

I didn't want to post to the original thread and get people excited!

I ordered the Frozen DVD through topcashback at walmart.com back in March. Today my rebate of $17 finally posted to Paypal.

After this experience, even with the great freebie, I'll stick with ebates!

In case you forgot about it, go check your topcashback acct and move that money into Paypal! It took mine 6 days to post to Paypal after I cashed out.

Mine did not post yet either! And I keep contacting them with support tickets. They said 2-3 weeks it would post but never did so I am keeping an eye & every now and then checking. Hoping mine shows up soon since yours did! And I agree, sticking w/ Ebates! Much easier!

There are SO many people complaining about this offer (NOT saying either of you are though!). People need to remember - topcashback will ONLY pay once THEY get paid - this makes them pay us (consumers) higher amounts, but takes longer for us to get. I'd MUCH rather get MORE money back even if it takes a few weeks more.

For the record - I had my money in my acct a month ago from the Frozen purchase - I did not know though (I did not know I had to check back) but as soon as I realized, I chose an Amazon gift card payout (extra 5% on the amount and I shop Amazon ALL the time!) and I had my Amazon card in my email the net day.

I am 100% satisfied with topcashback and will be using them almost exclusively!

(and, before anyone asks, NO I do not work for them - lol - I just was very apprehensive about the offer, tried it and it worked.)

I have been checking my TCB account regularly waiting for my payout. I never contacted them but a couple of days ago, I finally got the email saying my payout was ready. I requested an Amazon gift card and still haven't gotten it but the email said it could be 2-3 weeks so I'll wait.

I will stick to Ebates as well but mostly just b/c I have used Ebates since 2006 and am very comfortable with the way they work. If I buy through Ebates, it can still take months to receive my cash back b/c they only pay once a quarter. I'm fine with the amount of time it has taken TCB to payout. That is really the norm for this type of thing.
