We are purchasing AP's this year! :cool1:

Our first trip will be 2 weeks..starting June 26th.

2nd trip will be the week between Christmas and New Years.

We'll definitely do spring break and a trip next June before the passes are expired.

We are an 15 hour drive away. Although we have flown before... we now drive for a variety of reasons.

If you live a significant distance from Disney... how many trips have you taken in a 1 year period? I would really like to get in another trip or 2 in that time period. But my dh thinks I'm nuts. :rotfl2:

Hi,
I dont have an AP but my brother in law and sister do. What they do is they buy one AP for him and she gets the 10 day no expiration ticket, so that way they get the discount on the rooms. They usually go at least 3 times in a year and they fly out of Milwaukee, Wi. My Dh and I may have to start considering this, because I keep thinking we wont go back next year, but it always pulls us back. Not complaining mind you.....:rotfl:

i live in nj. i fly on skymiles most of the time.

on my last AP, here were my dates:

aug 20-27, 2007
nov 16-27, 2007
apr 30-may 7, 2008
aug 13-20, 2008

and so far, on this AP:

nov 11-19, 2008
mar 4-11 (upcoming)
and at least one more week long trip before nov 11 :)

This is the first year that I bought an AP.
I made a trip in September with a girlfriend for Free Dining and upgraded to an AP at that time.
Went back in Dec with DH and DD for a week.
Just booked today for 5 days in March for DD's 5th birthday.
Plan to go back for Free Dining with girlfriends again in Sept.

Would like to squeeze in another trip, but just don't know if it will work out.

Takes us about 12 hours via car or about 1 1/2 hour plane ride.

Good Luck!

We are here in Louisiana.. - about 10 hour drive away- we're making 3 trips this year to Disney :goodvibes

I am totally there with you, we bought AP's when we were there in Oct. for a week, with the dvc discount it worked out better. But we are going May 31 for a week and I told my husband I would really like to go for a weekend trip in august. We live in Delaware but flights right now are 54 one way from baltimore.

I'm a first (and probably last!) time AP holder this year and I'll be visiting 3 times within my AP period. I'm considering a 4th for Star Wars Weekends depending on flight costs.

My husband and parents are going to get APs when we go in October, so they'll visit twice for sure.... though, mom and I are contemplating a girls trip at some point with our APs. :)
