If you haven't already tried the CK brand adhesive runner...

DON'T!!! I bought the runner and adhesive refills on clearance at Joanne's a while ago. I figured for $1 per refill I couldn't go wrong (I bought 5 or 6 refills)... I WAS WRONG! It is lousy stuff. I didn't realize this right away. I made a bunch of pages and put them aside until I could finish the journaling. I got around to it yesterday and had to re-adhere many, many of the pictures and embellishments. They just fell right off. This is especially true if your paper has any texture to it. I'm going back to my CM tape runner and my Dotto as fast as I can, despite the fact that I find them expensive. Just a warning!..............P

I just started using Dotto - mostly used cm tape runner and photo tape before that. I really like the dotto though.

I don't remember what the ck one looks like but I will avoid it.

I have had the worse luck with my Dotto. I had to put the dispenser in the dishwasher three times just to get the extra gunk out. (Darth is here to show what I wanted to do to it with my imaginary force!)

Has anyone tried the JoAnn brand that is purple? It seems to stay. I will check it next week.

I have had trouble with my Dotto dispenser getting goo-ed up with extra adhesive clumps, but a rub down with Un-Du usually solves the problem. Give it a try.............P
