If you have gone on vacation in the Middle East before, where did you go and what was your experience like?

I have been to Israel twice. Once the summer before college with my family and then with my husband and mom about 5 years ago. Both trips were amazing. The first one we were part of a tour and people were of different religions and got to go to some sites of all 3 religions. The second time we found a private guide through the tour company we used our first visit as my DH has Crohn’s Disease and we never know what kind of a restroom day he is going to have so hard to be part of a group.
