If you have fees taken out of your refund, will it delay your direct deposit?

Was supposed to be DD today... first time we have ever done DD, so I have no idea how this works when you have fees taken out....
Is there a time of day when the IRS does the DD?

If you are talking about the e-file fee. I thought I saw on turbo tax this year that if I wanted it taken out of my state return it would delay it. So I used a credit card

What fees are you referring to? There is no fee to have your refund direct deposited into a checking account.
The IRS direct deposits are on Fridays. When did you have your taxes done?

If you used Turbotax, please read. Well, I decided to not wait and have the fees taken out of my refund check. Mine was suppose to be here next Friday. I just got an email from Turbotax saying that they had a processing error and were mailing my check to me. Great now I have to wait.
