I have been here since the 18 so far the drivers that I had seen have been going above and beyond to make sure wheel chairs are being load safely. I have also seen at mk two ecv in main line at pm during the holiday show around 1030. They was number four and maybe 8 in line so I didn't look like they have a problem getting on the same bus. Their que had a good amount of people didn't see which resort because I was staying at contempory so we walked back. As we got back saw a Dhs bus parked and the driver was rising down a scooter. He was working hard to make sure it was tied down right they transferred to a set so the scooter was tied down. Also their was another guest who transferred to a seat and had their wheel chair folded and in front of them. He had smile in his face the whole time as we walked past he was raising the ramp and closeimg the door while another Dhs bus pulled up behind him. Today as I was walking to magic kingdom their was a guest waiting in the painted box talking to a cm a bus pulls up to go to dtd the first thing he rose is pop his head out and ask if she was goin to dtd she said no so. Just wanted to give an update that so fr the drivers are doing a good job I keep my eyes out and report back any problems I see but their do what makes them Disney and goin every guest great service.

Day 2 took monorail from contempory to mk was to busy to get off at poly add raid we never make it back to contempory. The monorail cms was loading and unloading wheelchairs and ecv like they would get an bonus I never seen so many they was running out of cars to put them all in. It was nice to see guest was moving to let them in and the cms was doing all they could ti get everybody on the monorail.

When we was leaving. Around 930 because mk was to busy to do anything after the parade we tried to cross the street an their was a wall of people so we decide. So we decide to go back in Casey's and walk through the store felt bad for guest in ecv because their was no way to get through guest was moving ti try to let tem through but their was no room. So we had fun decide to go as we walking back noticed an ambulance parked jn a bus spot so looking to see what happened then see across at the beach club stop a bus with about ten cms in orange vest some diver an some in dispatch with a wheel chair so the ambulance leaves not sure with anyone in it because you see the cms walking back with their wheelchair and some one on the NYSE looking like they just boarded. So not sure if it had anything to do with a bus or someone got sick and they had Emma check them out. I don't think it had anytimg to do with them getting hurt by the bus loading because their was no police or Disney security unless you count a Disney K-9 officer setting in his truck reading a book. Mind you the truck was parked their alley jn te same spot turned on so the dog has heat a or a/c. So far it been exciting and hope they person okay bus manager/dispatch cms did park their new truck in the grass to respond. I didn't see anyone who looked like a manager but they could of been wearing a orange vest but they all had the same pants and jacket on so I think they was just drivers as some dcms that worked in dispatch so that why I think it had nothing to do with bein Disney fault.
