I have been here since the 18 so far the drivers that I had seen have been going above and beyond to make sure wheel chairs are being load safely. I have also seen at mk two ecv in main line at pm during the holiday show around 1030. They was number four and maybe 8 in line so I didn't look like they have a problem getting on the same bus. Their que had a good amount of people didn't see which resort because I was staying at contempory so we walked back. As we got back saw a Dhs bus parked and the driver was rising down a scooter. He was working hard to make sure it was tied down right they transferred to a set so the scooter was tied down. Also their was another guest who transferred to a seat and had their wheel chair folded and in front of them. He had smile in his face the whole time as we walked past he was raising the ramp and closeimg the door while another Dhs bus pulled up behind him. Today as I was walking to magic kingdom their was a guest waiting in the painted box talking to a cm a bus pulls up to go to dtd the first thing he rose is pop his head out and ask if she was goin to dtd she said no so. Just wanted to give an update that so fr the drivers are doing a good job I keep my eyes out and report back any problems I see but their do what makes them Disney and goin every guest great service.
