If You Had Wings/Adventure through Inner Space Attraction t-shirts

The woman at the store told me the shirt came from an outside vendor (not Disney). Whoever is in charge of quality control must have been away the week these shirts were ok'd.

I think they're all from outside venders, but this one is different. The material they used on this one is what they seem to use for the teenage girl shirts in the parks. Most often, they use one of the Hanes brand shirts. The last ladies one I ordered 2 weeks earlier was a Hanes Nano brand which they printed on the design. That one was too big, but I can shrink it easily.

Anyone know how I can register a complaint at the Disney store. They refused to take a return on the this shirt or give me my money back.

Did you call the online Disney Store Customer Service number to request the refund? If so, I would call back and ask to speak to a supervisor. The customer service person I spoke to put me on hold to consult her supervisor and that's when she came back to say they would refund the cost of the shirt and tax (but not shipping). If you call them, tell them you are aware they did this yesterday with other customers. For some reason, they seem to be handling this differently with everyone.

Yes I did. I will call back later today and ask for a supervisor.
 
They can't deny you a refund. Keep calling until you get someone to help you.

I did call back and when they get the shirt back they will give me a refund. I intend to document this and will also send a letter outlining the issues. This I can work with.

The shirt useless to me anyway. If I wear it out in public I will get arrested for indencency.

It stinks that they won't refund you until they receive the shirt. My shirt isn't being sent back to them and I was credited on the spot in the store. The store is donating it for me (along with other merchandise that goes unsold/returned).
