If you had to buy Direct, which resort to choose

I tend to favor the current resort that DVC is offering for direct. IMO all of the DVC resorts are good. I would most likely choose Riviera, not too concerned with resale restrictions. Almost 50 years left on the contract, excellent access to Epcot and H.S. DVC will match your use year if your CCV purchase passes and you can combine them at 7 months, except resale at Riviera. Although if DVC offered decent incentives for CCV for close to Riviera prices I would probably buy CCV as my first choice.
