where would you eat dinner??? essentially, what is your favorite restaurant? my mom and i will only be at DLP for one night and i want to eat some place fun with awesome food. Doesn't have to be expensive or fancy, just a good time. So... what do you all recommend?

If you are not after a character meal then Blue Lagoon comes highly recommended :)

For maximising the most time in the park then Annettes Diner in the village is one of our favourites :goodvibes

If money is no object, then I would suggest either of the restaurants at the Disneyland Hotel!! The California Grill has a view over the Disneyland Park, and Inventions does a character meal in the evening. I should just clarify that I haven't eaten at either of those mysefl, but I understand they are both very nice restaurants. If you prefer the look of one of the restaurants in the park, like the already mentioned Blue Lagoon, it does rather depend on if you don't mind eating quite early, as the park restaurants close when the park does.

Have a look at the menus on the DLP Foodguide. :)

Another one for Annette's Diner in Disney Village I think.Ive always loved this restaurant,in the park Id say either Blue Lagoon ( Ive never eaten here but it looks beautiful ) & also I think Walts would be a very good choice.

Blue Lagoon without a doubt. Looking at your signature I see you've stayed at the Caribbean Beach resort 3 times, Blue Lagoon will be totally to your taste. Romantic lighting and a beautiful setting (it's themed like a Caribbean beach resaurant) and you can see the boats from the Pirates of the Caribbean go by. The menu is always gorgeous and though they specialise in seafood they have plenty of other dishes for people who are less keen on the sea dwellers!

With there being no evening parade in April you can eat at something like 7pm and then it's not too early and there's nothing in the park to miss.

Blue Lagoon and Walt's are great, BUT don't forget that if you want to have dinner you'll have to eat early or go when it's peak season.

Outside of the arks, the Manhattan restaurant is absolutely lovely: t's not too expensive, is very nicely decorated, and the food is delicious!
