No, thank you! They love it but they have two small kids. There's no way I want anything that small and I don't have kids

My brother bought a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1015 square foot house with a 2 car garage built in 1961. He bought it in 1967. He has since converted half the garage into a Family Room.....LOL, like about 50 years ago. So it is about 1215 square feet now.

I bought a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1756 square foot house with a 2 car garage built in 1979. I bought it in 1983. We since have added a bedroom, 1/2 bath on, 30 years ago. Now it is a 2010 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house.

We live 6 miles from each other.

My brother and his wife live in a dump where his own son and daughter-in-law won’t even bring their children to visit.
My sister and her husband live in the house where we grew up. Nothing wrong with it but I much prefer where we live even though it is smaller. They live in town where your next door neighbor is just a stones throw away and we live rural with lots of woods and privacy.
