If you had followed your parents footsteps career wise , what job would you have?

I pretty much followed my mother’s footsteps since she was a housewife. She never ever worked outside the home though and I have had several odds and ends jobs. None of them lasting long. My years of being a housewife far outnumber my actual paid working jobs. If I had followed my dad’s footsteps I’d have been a mechanic.

Both my parents were school teachers, and so was I-after I insisted for years that I wouldn't go into teaching. My father taught high school Math and so did I.
