...what would you spend it on to sustain a healthy lifestyle?
I'm coming up on my birthday this month (almost 34!), and I always get some $$$ to spend (this is pretty rare for a graduate student
). I want something that will keep me motivated to keep exercising and eating better- I started this new program in Feb. and have done fairly well.
Here are my thoughts so far...
-An IPod and new pair of running/walking shoes so I can keep exercising on my off days from Curves.
-A food processor so I can make healthy sauces and such (especially homemade hummus!)
That's all I can think of...
What would you get?
