If you got sick after eating at a WDW restaurant would you go back to it?

My mother and I both got food poisoning at Sunshine Seasons Food Court (before the remodel) about 8-9 yrs ago...we ate the same meal (kids mac and cheese) and both became ill for the remainder of the day/evening.

I've been back many times, both before and after the remodel...I just look at it as, well, stuff happens...for as many meals as I've eaten at Disney (30+ trips), one case is nothing...
