We are looking to spend 2 days at US/IOA and 4 days at Disney next Aug (2012). We will be renting a house at Sunset Lakes like we did last summer. We have never been to US or IOA. Can you get everything done the first week of Aug without getting the express pass? We always go early to the parks, before rope drop. We have teens so won't need to do the kiddie section. There are 5 of us and it just seems like a lot of extra money for the pass.

We know how to manage the crowds that time of year at Disney just not sure about US.

If its after schools start you should be fine. If its still summer vacation you should be ok, but plan on waiting longer in lines as the day goes on.:thumbsup2

I agree with Bluer. There's also no reason you couldn't buy Express once you're there and have seen the crowds, but I doubt that will be necessary.
