If you get the free dining pin, are there blackout dates?

I do not have the pin so am wondering....IF you get that FD pin that people are talking about, are the Nov.23-28 dates (Thanksgiving) blacked out like some of the other pins I've read about or are those included in free dining if you are there?

It says, "For stays most nights 10/3/10–11/23/10 and 11/28/10–12/24/10".

oh bummer---I knew that the other codes wouldn't apply to a blackout date but for some reason thought I read that if it is free dining that that one continues as long as the START of your vacation is within the dates? anyone else know for sure?
