We have been fortunate to usually receive our requests over the years. We usually arrive early for check in.

When and if we don't receive them we simply go to our room and enjoy our trip.

Well, I would love to have mickey soap but we could just jump in the pool and let the chlorine soak the dirt off and then while I am doing laundry we could scoop out some sudsy water, wash ourselves then jump back in the pool to rinse. Wet, lather, rinse so to speak. As for air conditioning we will turn our hair dryer on the cool setting, and use our fans we have for the park, and for hot water we could heat it up in the glasses with hair dryer on hot setting.
