I think they are great, Disney need to take lessons from them in my opinion!

I love the way they send people to the back of the queue when they haven't filled out their forms etc. You are warned on the plane about filling your forms out, but typically some people don't think the rules apply to them and the US Customs put them in their place, great!

The one thing that annoys me about Disney is their wishywashy way of imposing rules, to the point where they have recomendations rather than rules. Set rules and enforce them.

Sorry if my opinion upsets anyone. I do appreciate that you could make a genuine mistake and be returned to the back of the queue, but that is why we check, double check and triple check the forms.

On arrival at MCO in Orlando last May, we were greeted by the happiest, joiliest immigration officer I have ever met. So much so, we commented to him on his manner his reply was ...........................

Well Maam, Ive only got .... months to go and I'm trying to teach some of these Rookies how to treat the general public .... the public that this country relys on!

Gotta say, I was so impressed by his attitude it stuck firmly in my mind - well done that guy

I've never met a more sour faced, miserable looking bunch of people, - and that's the UK immigration staff 'welcoming' back an English national! You ever tried initiating a conversation with one of them?!

By contrast US immigration are much more friendly and approachable. They have a difficult job to do and generally do it quite well.

I found that to be the total opposite. Very friendly and polite and always interested in your holiday !!
