My DSis and her DH returned from WDW last Saturday. They didn't pre-order their PP CD. A few days after they got home they received an email from Disney with a $30 off code for the WDW PP CD. Brings the price down to $119 which isn't as good as $99 but better than $149.
They won't be using it since we are sharing a PP CD. We live very close to DLR and go quite often. We are combining our PP pictures and we'll be ordering the PP CD with DLR pricing ($59).
I did try to use the code she got to see if it would take $30 off the DLR one (A girl can dream, right?) but it didn't work. 
Also, they received one of the Celebrate PP Cards in their room that's good for 20% off one PP order, however, in a big change from previously, the 20% discount is not good on the CD. Just a heads up for those that get one.
