work at Walt Disney World in one of the pavilions in Epcot would you? I applied for the program a couple years ago but because of family issues at the time I couldn't go to my interview. Things have changed and now is a much better time to go and there's interviews coming up in March. I think it would be an awesome experience. I guess maybe I'm a little freaked out over being away from my family for a year in another country. I'm 20 and it's a big step.
Your input please? :D

I would totally go if I was you! I got accepted into the college program 2 years ago and didn't go. I let my mom talk me out of it and I've really regretted it ever since. I think that when interviews come to my school again, I am going to reapply.

I say GO FOR IT!

You are young once! Go....you will totally love it. Orlando is wonderful!!!! I don't regret moving from IN to Orlando when I was 20. It was the best time of my life and I lived there 3 years and am now trying to go back!!!

So what's it like living in Orlando, Lewski? What did you love about it? You should be packing soon, your trip is almost here :D

Would your family come to visit? It sounds like a wonderful opportunity to be on your own for a little while. Maybe if you talked to your family and set up times that you would get to see them you would feel better. The first step is always the hardest one, but go to the interview before you decide.:D

Do it, you only live once. :D
Good luck I hope you jet the job. :D

DD did the CP and it was a great experience. She always said that the international students had much nicer living conditions;)
I know it's a long way from home, but you'd make a new home at WDW. Besides, doesn't about 80 per cent of Canada come to Florida in the winter?;) Just think: cheese soup from Le Cellier anytime you want:Pinkbounc Please let us know if you get accepted. Your Dis buddies will come to visit:earsboy:

You make it sounds so good :D Thank-you so much for the encouragement! I REALLY appreciate it everyone :D The Commons is a beautiful place to live and I know it would be an amazing experience. Actually, I think it's the sort of push I need to get out there and be more independant.

Disneycrazymom, I know my parents would definitely visit me. So that would be good, I guess it's the security of having parents around that I'm use to.

DinseyJules,
There was always something fun to do, never a dull moment. Met all kinds of GREAT people and the weather was terrific. I remember one year being at the pool writing my Christmas cards, what could be better than that? My family visited me about once a year. It was great. Let me know if you have any other questions. I'd be glad to help.
:)
