My first thought was Little House on the Prairie, but I could also agree with The Waltons. I could also go in an entirely different direction & say Friends. My DH said Gilligan's Island.

PS, I would want the reunion to be in the setting the show was filmed in. It wouldn't be the same otherwise.

That’s really funny because Gilligan’s Island and Friends were the two others I thought of, but then decided naw, I’d really like to eat birthday cake with the Waltons at that kitchen table.

If we're talking nostalgia from childhood/teen years I'd have to go with the cast of The Outsiders. I was obessed with each and every one of them. Read the book many times, had the posters, taped the movie from cable and watched it over and over.
