You could just sit in the corner of a room, completely unknown, and listen to not only what people are saying, but what they are thinking too! And, you wouldn't have to worry about them thinking: "Why is that stupid person watching me?!" because, they wouldn't be able to see you.

It would seriously be the most awesome thing ever.

I'd want:
Telekinesis because it's the ultimate offensive and defensive power.
Invisibility because I like to creep on people.
And Shapeshifting because frankly it's awesome.
