would you rather have the ability to be invisible whenever you want to, or the ability to read other people's minds whenever you want to, and why?

Invisible, because if you could read people's minds, there's a good chance that:

a) you'd be hurt by what people REALLY think about you, or
b) you'd be hurt by the fact that people aren't thinking about you much at all.

I'd rather be ignorant in that regard!

Knowing what someone else really thinks about you would be great. If they like you fantastic, if not then at least it gives you some thoughts about what you might improve in your life.

No more lies. You get the truth from everyone.

No more trying to figure out what someone wants. You really can read there minds and know.

You could cheat at cards if you really wanted to. Or make money off of inside trading.

Besides half the time I already feel like I'm invisible.

Not to know what people are thinking about me, but what they're thinking about everything.

What would being invisible get me? There's nowhere I'd like to go that I can't go while being seen and I'm not paranoid enough to think people are talking about me behind my back. Besides, reading their minds would let me know what they're thinking anyway.
