If you could choose Fall or Spring, which would you choose?

I figure most people here choose to do DCP when they can do it... not really having much say in the season. But, if you could or did have a say, which season would you choose? Fall or spring?

I would think Fall would be fun... Food & Wine, MNSSHP, MVMCP... but not being home for Christmas or Thanksgiving would be really rough. Spring wouldn't be so hard holiday-wise, but it could be busier with spring break season and, well, hotter temperatures...

I'm thinking about doing DCP my junior or senior year of college... probably spring junior or fall senior...

(Oh, how I wish summer dcp was still around.)

I would definitely choose fall! I can easily say this after having experienced both.
Yes, it's hard being away from family but you already listed all the amazing things from fall!! You can spend the holidays with your Disney family.

ive also done both (two fall programs and a spring) and personally if i was to do another i would go for either of the advantage programs, and failing that just the normal fall program, spring is fun but the holidays are AMAZING!!!

Looks like senior fall would be unlikely. I dunno if junior fall would be doable... hm... such a tough decision. I just know I would love fall!

I did the fall after my senior year (you apply the spring of your senior year) an I would suggest fall to everyone. The fall has less down time so more hours. Also there are all the specialty events during the fall and only one during the spring (two if you are doing a long spring term). My friends who did both back to back (fall and extended to spring) said they have seen a drastic cut of hours between January and now but I'm not sure if that is for every position or not.

Also the fall is cooler towards the end. The spring you start cool and build to hot and the fall is reverse. August still has 90+ days.

I did both, and I definitely prefered Fall! I loved being at Disney for the major holidays
