If you could celebrate your birthday at WDW, where would you eat, what would you do?

I would celebrate at California Grill. I would eat the Pork Loin and Polenta. If DH would consent to visit the world (not likely) he would eat where ever I told him too, he has NEVER eaten any meal except one breakfast there. My DS would also eat at California Grill, although he would enjoy many of the fine dining establishments, he is my big kid at 26. He would eat just about anything, he is a chef, and loves both cooking and eating good food.

For my daughters birthday we ate at CRT for Breakfast and LTT for dinner and did the Illuminations Dessert party for the evening end. I think that was perfect day for us.

That's easy for me, my DB is a CM at WDW, and he was born on my fifth birthday. So, if I could I would hang out with him. We would go to Boma for breakfast, Prime Time Cafe for lunch. I would let him pick where we'd go for dinner since it's his birthday too. But, I would nudge him toward the Liberty Tree Tavern. Who am I kidding, I'd push him right through the front door.

We just had a fantasy bday for my sister's 20th bday at Disney.... dinner in Cindy's Castle followed by a cruise on the Grand One Yacht, complete w/Mickey cake, to watch the wishes fireworks. It was absolutely perfect!!!!

I spent my 32nd birthday in WDW last Dec. Heres an abbreviated account of my trip report for that day.

We started out bright and early, with me wearing my Birthday button. We asked for the front of the monorail and got it, however DS threw a temper tantrum about having his stroller folded up so I ended up in the regular car with him.

We arrived at MK before 7:00 and entered upon early opening. We rode Buzz 2x, TTA, and Astro Orbiter before heading to the Bake Shop for breakfast. We walked down Main St got on the train and took it to toon town. After waiting a while its was now 9:00 and TT was opening. We went to Goofys Barnstormer where we met Goofy & Pluto, and they even rode with us. We then did the Tiki Birds, Goofys Jamboree, and the River Boat.

After the rides but before we staked out a spot for the Christmas parade, we took DS to the barber shop for a haircut with some pixie dust.

After the parade we left the MK and returned to the Poly where the kids could rest, since Cam wasnt feeling too well. We got a bite to eat (take out sticky wings from Kona Cafe) and chilled in the room for a while.

When it was time for dinner we went to the Kona Cafe. The cake my mother had ordered to be delivered to me here was missing so we were given a complimentary cake with tropical flowers on it. After dinner we hung out at the Tambu Lounge for a while before heading to the Poly beach for Wishes. We grabbed lounge chairs, had a drink and watched the fireworks and EWP It was the perfect ending to an almost perfect day. Even with DS not feeling too well, we still had lots of magic.

So what are you going to do?

I'd eat at the Sci-Fi. I'd probably go to the Magic Kingdom in the morning and head to the Animal Kingdom in the afternoon. After dinner (at the Sci-Fi!), I'd play a round of mini golf! :D

Can't make up my mind. Ok, I admit it, it is for my birthday, the end of August. Gotta get one of those birthday buttons. Can't decide where to eat dinner at, we usually eat cheapy meals, nothing fancy, so this is new for me.:teeth: Since we will have enough disney dollars from visa to have a nice free meal, we are gonna do this. Leaning toward Chef Mickeys or California Grill. I'm a kid in an adult body, so I might have more fun with Chef Mickeys, I dunno. :teeth:

Breakfast at Crystal Palace as I'm a huge Tigger fan and would want to spend my B-day breakfast with no one other than him and DH. :teeth:
Dinner would probably be at either BOMA or California Grill. Either would appease me and I would probably let DH chose and be happy either way. :D

Probably bkfst with Cindy, lunch at Crystal palace, and Dinner at Chef Mickey's!!! I just LOVE the characters! Plus I love the buffett at CM!!!!!!!!.....................P I'm turning 40 pretty soon.... are you all planning to surprise me???;)

Hmmm... based on the park hours for Feb 4th, I would have to say, I would start my day out at MK. Breakfast would be at Crystal Palace early in the morning. Then after riding a few rides, I would stop for lunch at Casey's and then head over to Epcot. After riding a few rides there, I would stop for dinner at Marrakesh. I would end the day watching Illuminations. After that I could walk by Y&BC all the way around to the Boardwalk to where I would be staying at the BCV :teeth: I think that would be the perfect way to spend my Birthday ::yes::

Decided it will be Chef Mickeys. Now I must starve myself all day so I can eat 25.99 worth of food! Also must bring a big purse to fit a cookie or 2 in it.;) :teeth:

Well, since my 32nd birthday was yesterday (and I had a very nice day in spite of not being at WDW), this is how I would have loved to have spent the day at WDW.

I would have woken up in my garden suite at the Boardwalk with fresh pastries and coffee from the Bakery (that my DH so lovingly stood in line for)

Get to MGM early and ride Tower of Terror 2-3 times. Rock n Roller Coaster once. Leave MGM and go to MK!

At MK I would've bee-lined to Splash, then Big Thunder. Then Pirates. I would have lunch in the castle and overlook Fantasyland. Go back to Adventureland and ride the Jungle Cruise, the meander over to Fantasyland and see Philharmagic and Peter Pan. Then Haunted Mansion. Grab a Dole Whip back in Adventureland and head over to Tomorrowland. (there are no lines since it's my bday). Go on Buzz, TTA, and then Space Mountain. Maybe somewhere in there take a spin on the teacups and a loop on the train. Watch fireworks from perfect vantage point, with no jostling from strangers. Take monorail to 'Ohana, have dinner. Go to Downtown Disney (don't I have lots of energy) and pick out some cool things for myself at World of Disney, the Home Store and Once Upon a Toy. And what the heck, I buy a few pins as well! Get some sort of chocolate at Gheradelli's.

And that would be my perfect birthday! With my husband, my two kids who wouldn't whine or cry about anything, and my loving parents. :teeth:

I would do what we did for my son's 5th birthday last year....

We woke up and went to TGF and had breakfast at 1900 park fair. I'd have a cup cake for breakfast and be sung to by marry poppins, burt and alice in wonder land.

I'd head up to the gift store on the second floor and buy me a fun disney toy , a birthday pin for my lanyard and get the message goofy left for me wishing me a happy birthday.

I'd hop on the monorail and ride over to MK and ride buzz and space mountain over and over til the lines got to long and my free passes that the cm slipped me ran out.

Then I would head over to MGM and go over to Star tours, get chosen to fight darth and then get chosen to be in the star wars parade. I'd go backstage and mingle with the cm's in full Star Wars costume and take tons of pictures.

I'd ride star tours after the parade then I'd would go over to the Tower of Terror and ride it until it's time for lunch. Start working my way over to the sci-fi cafe for lunch and birthday firecracker ice cream desert.

I'd kick around MGM watch the regular parade then I'd go back to my hotel for a swim maybe a lil nap.

Then I'd grab a cab and go back to MGM for dinner at The Brown Derby/fantasmic show. I'd watch my son squeal with delight at the show and tear up a lil and say a quite prayer for the blessing that have been bestowed upon me.

Then I'd stroll out of the park catch the bus back to WL where the concierge have made all kinds of lil birthday fun in my room.

Have a lil toast with the DH and get some rest so I could get up and have my birthday all over again, EVERY day for a week!

That kid knows how to work a button!

PS the pic below happens to be on his birthday @ the brown derby

I'd wake up in a Heavenly Bed at the Dolphin in a Balcony room facing EPCOT, head over to the Boardwalk Bakery for almond croissants and coffee, then over to EPCOT for a quick ride on Test Track. Then I'd take the Monorail to the MK and ride all three mountains, Pirates of the Carribean, and Haunted Mansion. Then a ride on Buzz where I'd score every point possible before heading over to MGM for lunch at Primetime (after a quick ride on ToT and RnR). after lunch I'd take the bus to AK so I could ride Dinasaur, the safari, and Kali River Rapids. Then head back to MK for dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern before heading over to EPCOT for desert (a Beaver Tail in Canada )and watching Illuminations. Finally head back to the Dolphin walking across the Boardwalk and maybe doing some shopping on this walk and end the night w/ a quick swim in the Grotto and relaxing in the hot tub for a bit before falling asleep back in my Heavenly bed. Of course I'd have my BF, my nephews, and my parents w/ me. And to make it really perfect several of my DIS fiends would be w/ us at dinner and at Illuminations.

For Natalie's 19th there, we had breakfast at Chef Mickey's, a short day in AK, back to the Poly to freshen up, the Luau at the Poly for dinner, followed by a MK fireworks cruise on Seven Seas Lagoon, which now would be for Wishes. Enjoy, MJ!!!!! :bounce:

The Brown Derby. They have yummy cheesecake, I love all the things you can see there, and I can do the dinner Fantasmic package too.

What Dan said about the Poly then get the 'kitchen sink' for dessert and then maybe go buy your friend at work a souveneir...;) ..:duck:

I celebrated my birthday at Garden Grill and our anniversary at Artist Point.
